1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account on bdpkok, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If any part of these terms is unclear, contact our support team at [email protected] before you start playing.
These terms form the complete agreement between you and bdpkok. They take precedence over any verbal or informal statement made elsewhere.
2. Eligibility & Account Rules
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to register. bdpkok reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts until age is confirmed.
One account per person
Each player may hold only one bdpkok account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. If you have lost access to an existing account, contact support rather than opening a new one.
Accurate information
You must provide your real name, mobile number, and payment details when registering. Providing false information may result in account closure and loss of funds.
Bangladesh residency
bdpkok's services are directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to confirm that using this platform is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
3. Deposits & Payment Methods

Deposits are credited to your bdpkok wallet within approximately 1 minute under normal network conditions. bdpkok does not charge deposit fees, but your mobile banking provider may apply its own charges.
4. Withdrawals & Processing Times
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. The limits below apply to all accounts:

KYC requirement
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable documents are a National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. The review takes up to 24 hours. Withdrawals will be held until KYC is approved.
bdpkok will never ask for your payment PIN or mobile banking password during KYC. If anyone contacts you claiming to be bdpkok support and asks for this, do not comply.
5. Bonus & Promotion Rules
All bonuses offered by bdpkok — including the welcome bonus, reload offers, daily cashback, and referral rewards — are subject to the wagering requirement stated at the time of claiming. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 17× the bonus amount.

- Bonuses are for personal use only. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
- Using multiple accounts or coordinated play to abuse bonus terms will result in permanent account closure.

6. Game Rules & Fairness
All games on bdpkok are provided by licensed third-party studios including Ezugi, Habanero, Playtech, Red Tiger, and JDB. Each game is governed by its own rules and RTP (return-to-player) percentage, which are displayed on the game's information screen.
In the event of a disconnection mid-game, the round outcome is determined by the game server's last recorded state. bdpkok is not liable for losses caused by unstable internet connections on the player's side.
If a game malfunction occurs — for example, an incorrect payout or a game freezing — bdpkok will investigate using server logs. Payouts from confirmed malfunctions are void.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone, including bdpkok staff. Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on bdpkok:
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets.
- Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games.
- Attempting to launder money or use bdpkok for any unlawful financial activity.
- Registering on behalf of another person.
- Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.
Accounts found in breach of these rules will be suspended immediately. Any winnings accumulated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
9. Suspension & Account Closure
bdpkok may suspend or permanently close your account if you breach these terms, if we receive a legal instruction to do so, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to other players or to the integrity of the platform.
You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining at closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided KYC is complete and no active bonus wagering is pending.
10. Limitation of Liability
bdpkok is not liable for losses arising from: network outages outside our control, errors in third-party game software, or your failure to follow the security guidelines in Section 7. Our total liability to you in any calendar month is limited to the net deposits you made in that month.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by bdpkok.
